From the planning of demand to the delivery of the product to our customers we manage an adequate forecast, coordinate the operation and import with logistics operators to ensure an efficient and personalized distribution. We adapt to any need for product packaging under the necessary sanitary standards and we keep a strict inventory control.
At Panijú, we process all the necessary sanitary permits and thoroughly review the technical and scientific information of each product. We collaborate with each competent authority to comply with all current regulations.
Our in-house digital agency develops advanced and targeted campaigns. We manage social networks, optimising the campaign and segmenting by product and category. Our deep understanding of brands allows us to convey their essence with authenticity. We use data analytics to measure and continuously improve, staying at the forefront of digital trends and reacting quickly to market changes.
Our sales department has three main objectives: to maintain strong commercial relationships with our customers, to identify sales opportunities for our brands and to place products in the most appropriate points of sale. This strategy allows us to position our lines and achieve the necessary coverage in the markets we serve.
Our field team is divided into sales force and medical reps.
We have a team of point-of-sale supervisors who visit stores, train sales assistants and ensure the visibility of our brands. This team is responsible for the implementation of brand-specific commercial actions at the point of sale.
Medical reps are divided according to different specialties, reaching more than 80% of specialists in the branches of interest, promoting the scientific support of our brands. Medical reps are also responsible of implementing medical events in which we are co-participants and even our own events.
